Fucking pissed off with Citibank calling centre personal. Totally treat me like a fool.. CCB.Inactive my account for god know what reason. Heng today i try to use my account to do some fund transfer. IF NOT I DON'T EVEN KNOW THAT MY ACCOUNT BEING INACTIVE. Nia bei.. I called their calling centre ard 5pm today. Then she told me that an officer will give me a call within 2 hours time. I waited til ard 9.45pm still no call yet.. Hello 2 hours which mean is 7pm... Know your maths or not.. Then i made 2nd call at 9.46pm.. The lady told me the officer will call me within 1 hour time. I even ask her is it by 11pm the officer will call me. She even reply a Yes to me... Once again FAIL TO KEEP THE PROMISE. Super DULAN PLUS PEKCHEK. I called another time at 11.05pm. This time round i F the lady liao.. She even told me that all officers are busy with morning timing ppl.. WHAT THE FUCK.. SO NIGHT TIME PPL DON NEED TO ENTERTAIN IS IT.. USE YOUR FUCKING BRAIN LEY. I AM YOUR CUSTOMER TOO OK.. DON GIVE ME ALL THE BULL SHIT ON SORRY MDM. SORRY CAN PAY ME BACK FOR THE 6 HOURS THAT I WASTED? Never in my life that i so concentrated on my Hp, just in case that i fail to pick up the call.. KNN. In the end the result is this case..I told her that i rather stay online then to wait for officer to call me back.. True enuff, i FINALLY managed to talk to the officer... In the end after all verification, do you know what i heard from her.. Ok mdm, i will do some activation now. Can try logging on after 5 min.. FUCKING HELL.. I WAITED 6 HOURS JUST FOR A 5 MIN ACTION. Super SUPER SUPER dulan sia... Totally stunned by the officer and she told me that she just received my request form.. WAT THE FUCK. WHAT HAPPEN TO THE REQUEST FORM FROM MY 1ST AND 2ND CALL? TAKE TO DO AS TOILET PAPER AH. Told me that she will feedback to the management on this case..HELLO... THEN WAT ABOUT ME.. JUST A FUCKING SORRY THEN SETTLE THE CASE???? NO REASON WHY I WASTED SO MANY HOURS FOR A 5 MIN ISSUE??????Damn buey tahan.. I even write a complaint letter to Citibank.. They better give me a good reason... arbo i straight go close the account... Keep asking ppl to use their bank.. In the end.. What kind of service do i receive?????? Pissed off..
